Best smartphone emulator?

Hi guys, I’m looking for a good smartphone emulator to test my new mobile friendly site on. Any suggestion? And please no “emulator” that just changes my screen resolution only.

Browserstack.com is good. You get a free trial and if you like it, you can pay for the service.

Thank you Ryan, will take a look.

Firefox’s responsive design view can be set up to emulate touch events and you can set mulitple preset screen resolutions. These are the ones I set up (from largest to smallest) - Keep in mind I use an Apple thunderbolt monitor with 2650x1440 - but I don’t design for screens this large because they are relatively rare nor do I typically expand a window to full screen.

1920x1080 ( FHD 16:9 )
1680x1050 ( WSXGA 3:2 )
1600x1200 ( UXGA 4:3 )
1600x1024 ( WSXGA 3:2 )
1280x1024 (SXGA 5:4)
1280x800 ( WXGA 5:3 )
1280x720 ( HD 16:9 )
768x1024 ( XGA or iPad 3:4 or 4:3 )
600x1024 ( WSVGA Android 75:128 or 128:75 )
480x800 ( WVGA - Windows Phone 3:5 or 5:3 )
414x736 ( iPhone 6+ 9:16 or 16:9 )
375x667 ( iPhone 6 9:16 or 16:9 )
320x568 ( iPhone 5 9:16 or 16:9 )
320x480 ( iPhone 4 2:3 or 3:2)

I’ll second Browserstack with the caveat that it is better suited to final testing.

Have you tried Google Webmaster Tools?

Thanks Michael, I will be taking a look at that.

Hi John. As far as I know Google Webmaster Tools does have an emulator or am I missing something?
