Best Joomla Template Sites for complete newbie

Hi,

I’m about the start a simple enough site where they require a Joomla CMS.

I’ve never used it before so I think its prob best to purchase a template with decent support.

Can any of you who have experience of using templates recommend a few sites ?

I’d like to have a jQuery style banner slider and a multi level (2 level) horizontal navigation system.

True that! I was just looking for people on here who maybe have had personal experience (good or bad) of the top sites and could recommend based on that.
