I see that everyone is offering more and more directories. That’s nice. I don’t know you but what do you think, you should not have to be dealt with why they refuse your articles? I think, new directories can be tried day to day but if you don’t know why they reject your articles, you aren’t going to move forward, are you?
Well, rejecting your articles can happen for various reasons. Maybe you know that every article directory has their own particular article accepting process. On their website you can read the terms of use, including the article taking method as well. Probably would be worth if we devoted a few words to this.
The reason of refusing an article can be (among others):
faulty grammar and spelling, poor sentence construction (best directories are more sensitive to that, they want to give quality to their readers. It is advisable to proof read your article before submitting)
missing or insufficient summary (your title and summary are what searchers will see in Google first before they decide on if they visit your site or not)
advertising or clickable link in the body of your article (you can review a product, but you may not advertise or offer for sale that reviewed product)
less than the acceptable word count (before you submit your articles, ensure that they’re not too short nor too long. Quality directories have a minimum word count, generally 400 or 500 words. Read TOS)
unacceptable content, sucs as adult, gaming, drugs, etc. (concerning to this read the guidelines of the particular directory)
regional relevance (if you mention a region or a place name in the title of your article, then it will be rejected, if your article targeted to anywhere, and not just the region mentioned in the title)
overused keywords (the TOS of a directory will say you what is the allowed keyword density)
formatting (if you use lettered or numbered lists in your article, need to ensure they are on different lines, otherwise they will refuse to publish your
article)
bulk submitting (certain directories may require the induvidial submission)
broken link in your resource box (I think this speaks for itself)
Furthermore, there may be another reasons, but these are common. By following the guidelines of a directory you may be fine.
You can use ezine, e-how and wikihow article directories that are easy to accept your articles. There are other various article directories to submit your articles.
If your article is good, it will probably be acceptable to most article directories. Focus on your article rather than finding an easy way out to submit your article.
Best article site which give you a solid back link is http://ezinearticles.com/
But remember that article must be original and plagiarism free else it won’t be submitted.
Great lists above and it is ahrd to add to them but try Squidoo and Hub Pages as these 2 are great little article sites and you can get anchor text backlinks from the body of the text, so no need for signatures.
You should be able to get some of hubpages and squidoo like j21 said. They seem to be doing well in search right now so traffic might also be good from them.
