I doubt that’s a good idea. Most likely this is a spam bot or similar wishfully thinking that there may be some value in this useless activity. If there’s any sign that these links get followed, it will probably only serve as encouragement.
The links won’t do any damage, so just ignore them. No legitimate site is going to link to you 60,000 times overnight. If you are interested in what’s on those pages, copy the URL and paste it into your browser, rather than clicking on it. But you won’t get much value in this exploration, I predict. Usually the link to your site is long gone by the time you check it out.
[FONT=verdana]You could try doing a WhoIs search on the IP address (for example, at http://whois.domaintools.com/). You might learn a bit about the company who owns the address. But I doubt it will be useful.
I agree with Ralph. Just ignore it. The links won’t do you any harm, and trying to track them down will just be a waste of time.
Google always discourage to create any bulk back links by using any paid / free back links tools/software. Google prefer always natural, unique , relevant back links. i think you or somebody in favor of you used black hat SEO method.
Firstly you have to identify the IP address using whois.com.
I would suggest changing your IPs if possible.
It’s clear from the original post that he didn’t create the links himself. Also, Google knows all about this kind of site, and is sensible enough not to penalise the linked-to site (and not to reward it either).
As for changing his own IP address, I can’t see any point in that whatever.
