Background Image Problems

Why is the background image (the splash of light - file: mbjsbk10.jpg) located in one location on the home page and another location on secondary pages.

I’ve placed the background image command in the body section of the code.

This site is built using the Wordpress CMS.

Thanks for any help anyone is willing to provide.

I don’t see that file being called on either page, nor do I see any difference in the backgrounds of the two pages, in any browser.

I cant see any problem in you background image except for the borders in join page,they are identical in backgrounds.
