Automatic content (parser)

There is a ready-made list of materials (WP themes) from a well-known resource.
Does anyone know if Google considers them to be duplicates when put to the
website pages specifying the source and authorship of each topic?
Should textual data be changed (theme description)?
Please provide some automated solutions, if there are any, of course? (Preferably without Black Hat SEO use.)
Thank you all, web professionals and amateurs.

No, Google will not treat duplicate design (or meta information from the author) as duplicate content. Content is different from design. If they treated design as duplicate content then everyone who was using the same jQuery plugin, for example, would be dinged for duplication. You’ll need to read the license provided with the theme. If it allows you to make modifications and then treat as your own, feel free to change the textual data. However, if the license prohibits claiming altered works as your own I would avoid changing the meta information on the theme.
