Are you aware - How to publish article as freely in ehow.com?

Dear friends,

Did you are aware of the rules or procedure to get the article publish in ehow.com (reputable and good article directory). I have written an article on traveling but I want it to get it publish freely with no partnership or paid procedure. I will be highly served if someone can guide me through his/her own knowledge frame.

I’m not sure if you understand eHow. It is not an article directory. What it is, is a site that houses hundreds and hundreds of tutorials on pretty much any subject.

While I am fairly sure you can submit a tutorial, it is not a place for you to submit articles for them to publish.

Is the article a how-to? Or is it an informative article?
