Anyone know where I could find afxhh.h?

Turns out I found some open source code I want to use in a project I’m going to be working on but in order to compile it, I need “afxhh.h” . Would anyone around here know where I might be able to get a copy? For example, would this be on the MSDN discs or somewhere in the wild? I’ve done multiple Googles to no avail… :frowning:

Any insight into this is appreciated.

You need Microsoft Foundation Class Library
However, “MFC is not included in the free edition of Visual C++ 2005/2008/2010 Express”

Could download the trial version of Visual Studio just to compile perhaps.

Thanks for that, Logic. I noticed you originally wanted to know what I was trying to compile… It’s not a virus. Rather, it’s the open source version of something called “The Guide” which is a localized wiki you can install on your computer. For anyone reading this, I’d highly encourage you to grab a copy. The reason I have the source is because (obviously) I’m trying to add my own customizations to it, however hard it may turn out to be. Ha.

Anyway, thanks for the info on this file. Now I just need to find someone with it…

I had a quick look through ‘The Guide’. Looks like one can use it for personal knowledge management system. Interestingly, it can be used to do what I normally handle with MS OneNote.
