Could anyone recommend any Open Source CMS for microbloging platform?
It is preferable twitter-like, or any other popular microblogging sites.

I second status.net - it’s what they use over at identi.ca
A few months ago I came across a Wordpress-Twitter adaptation, I’m sure Google helps you to find out more about this.
Drupal can certainly be turned into a Twitter-like application, though it’ll take some development time.
