I work with a CPM pop network Ad Maven for a few weeks now on my website and I make very good earnings ($6 CPM in US). I wanted to see if anyone is also working with them and can tell me if they are for real and pay on time.
I’m working with them for about 3 months now. They pay well and on time. No scam.

Hi! Do your users got used to pop ups? What about the traffic?
The popups may be the lesser of their worries.
I imagine most would become more annoyed at having had their computer infected and need to take steps to remove it.

I asked my account manager about this, first he told me that they don’t know what is “search maven” or who is that. and regarding “ads by ad-maven” it is some old operation that they stopped in august 2015 when they started building their ad server.
In any case, from what I saw on the ads they put on my website there are no “download” ads that can trick users and all the ads are from real advertisers so I have no problem with them.
