Hi, I just came across http://www.rankpay.com and wanted to ask if anyone has had any experience with this SEO company? Any opinions?
I don’t have experience with this company but my view on “pay per rank” SEO services and/or those that only charge once they get your site ranking well is that eventually it becomes just like PPC. These companies are going to build links for your site and then charge you an ongoing fee. If you stop paying the fee they might remove all the backlinks. So you’re then stuck paying them each month.

Why do you have an SEO Company in your sig links if you’re asking general questions about how to improve rankings?
Why, it seems logical to me.
You start the SEO company and then ask around for tips on how to do SEO. 
Plus, it’s always better to learn on the backs of hapless clients - you also earn money in the process.
