Alignment problem in IE?

Hi all,
See this web page in IE and mozilla…
Design New Cable

In Mozilla,Chrome, and Opera it is presenting the alignment of select boxes nicely…
but not in IE, why?

Can any one give me the solution to this problem…

Thanking you…

Try adding a couple of <br> tags before span#result_6 iinstead of adding them inside the span.

After adding the <br/> also, it is showing nice in first place. But not in second place, why?

see this after changes;Design New Cable

thanking you…

I see none of the browsers are aligning the boxes nicely. Since you are already using tables, why don’t put another table and put label and text boxes in separate TDs so that they look nicer. Otherwise thread need the move to CSS forums.

I am asking about select boxes, but not for text boxes.
Give me how to do that changes you specified…

I am really blank here. It seems I am checking the page in different version of browsers than yours. I saw the page in Firefox 3…6.16, Chrome 10.x, IE 7,8,9 and:

  • Did not see more than one check box.
  • Found only select box labeled ‘*Select First Connector:’ is aligned on the left top corner of the Work Area box.
  • Found big gap after select box and there are other text boxes and radio buttons, etc.

Where should the select box to be aligned ?

Sorry I am not getting it wrongly

you can select one item from select box, and it will prompt to select a series select boxes based on the previous selection it will filter the data…

All these select boxes are not aligned properly in all browsers…
