i need to pay someone for a script.
i need to pay from paypal to alertpay.
but there is no solution to find for me.
can anyone help me out here.

Can’t you just send $ through paypal to an email address?
the only legal way is withdrawl form alertpaya nd the upload funds to paypal, or try exchange with some friend
I also tried to pay to one’s alertpay, but finding no way, finally I exchanged with a higher exchange rate.
