i would recommend going over the google adwords help section https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/?hl=en

IMO they have covered most basic stuffs running a ppc campaign.

When I first started managing Google Adwords campaigns my boss gave me a book called Winning Results with Google Adwords. It is written by Andrew Goodman. Tons of really useful info within this book.

One of the other things I would recommend to you if you are new to Adwords is to take some time to also educate yourself on Google Analytics.

You can also apply for the Google ‘Engage’ program. Well worth it.

Study from Google’s Professionalism qualification exam syllabus. One of the best sources to study and learn PPC.
