Advice sort on load/stress testing

Hi gurus,

Can anyone please recommend a good load/stress testing tool I can use to test my site (paying and free)? Let me know which one you use.

And can anyone recommend someone with experience in this area that can load/stress test the site for me?

On linux, ab is a great tool:

On windows, I’ve heard good things about this (never used it):
