Adsense / adwords and plenty of fish scam

Hi

I am using adwords to promote my online dating sites and using place management. after 1 days I gots 230 clicks for average of 0.08 PCP . When I checked my google analytics there was only a few clicks was coming from pof however my adwords ad groups shows I got 212 click from POF . So I think there is fraudulent clicks where and even on my site I had not more than 5 new members which are normally 50 every day organically. so any one has comment on that? should I contact google adwords or Adsense team?
