Ads on my YouTube Videos?

Hi there,

I am thinking of uploading some videos to YouTube. They are some videos of a concert I went to recently and are about 3-4 minutes long.

I would like to know how I would go about earning from the videos, e.g. from banners/views.

Do I have to signup for a special account?

I have never done this before, so any advice would be great!
