Adding data from User control panel but its detecting as Allian text

Hi,

I am trying to add text using admin control panel and User Cp… When I submit a news using admin panel in “Hindi” it goes fine but from User Cp its detect as:

नई तकनीक जो टैंक को …

Please let me know how can I make it correct for both sides.

Datatype in database is : utf8_unicode_ci

Please let me know if there something else you need?

Any help would be appreciated.

Serve the “User Cp” webpage with the UTF-8 character set as well.
