I was looking for ways to monetize my twitter account and I came across Ad.ly. First of all I’ve never heard of them and I found them through a clickthrough on a Google Search.
Has anybody here heard of them/ Been Paid Money By Them
The only reason I’m really concerned is that they don’t withhold taxes like most programs…

What ad networks withhold taxes?? The most they’re responsible for is sending a 1099 if you’re paid over $600 in one year.
I have heard of them. One of my accounts is listed in their database, though I have yet to see an ad through them. They appear reputable and I have never heard anything to the contrary. I’ve seen some fairly high profile Twitter accounts selling ads through them, too.
