Account Pages Hi-Jacked?

All day I’ve been having a problem accessing sites where I have an account with a common user name and password: YouTube, Facebook, my Etsy store, etc. But some other sites as well. I ran a virus check and its seems I have 3 Trojan infections, however my browser is locking up when I try to view the link to find out what they are. Any tips to remove trojans when I don’t know exactly what they are?

I’ve done some digging and I have found: trojan.win32.agent.afg and trojan.win32.agent.ali(Kaspersky)…several different versions of that one and Trojan.vqtenW32/Backdoor.KJZ

Any tips on removing all of it?

bleepingcomputer.com has lots of malware removal advice and tools.

You should do something about your usernames and passwords on other sites. Assume someone now knows the username/password to those sites.

I had some problems with Trojans some time ago. None of the regular programs I’m using could remove them. Someone advised me Hitman Pro, and within minutes everything was removed.

My vote is for Hitman Pro too. This is best for such a problem.

try the free malwarebytes anti malware or the free spybot s&d, and scan with it from safe mode to remove it.

but first, clear all temp files!
