Accessing an anchor in an iframe using an external URL

Greetings. I’m opening a page in an iframe. That page has a number of anchors.

I want to be able to give people an external URL that will be able to send people directly to the anchor position in the iframe document.

I’ve spent quite a while trying to figure this out, but no luck yet. Anyone have any ideas?
