Abusing others with my name

Hello,

I got a phone (it seems he got my phone by whois) and complained that someone of my staff is continuously calling him and abuse!! But none of staff never called others, It seems someone is abusing others by phone with the name of my website!! My staff forgot to ask him if he has the abusing phone number that we can discover who is abusing him.

How can I deal with this and what can I do about this?

He did not explain much, probably “self!!!”-promotion, but actually this is not “self”!!

I think you just need to learn more about it. Has it happened only once? If more than ask people this phone number and talk to this person.
