I need some help understanding AWebber. I recently purchased a website on Flippa and they requested me to provide my AWebber ID. The trouble is I never heard of AWebber, what’s it all about, and what are it’s competitors.

Not sure either. I am new to this, but it’s something I need to be aware of, particularly as it’s part of the ‘web’ 
Maybe the web admin wants to transfer the site with the potential of obtaining a mailing list.
My friend of mine suggested campaign monitor or mail chimp, which pretty much do the same job, and in some cases less.
Aweber is an email platform, and from what you said there, it sounds like the site that you bought has a mailing list and the mailer may be trying to transfer the list over to your Aweber account… i can see no other reason why they would want your Aweber ID.
