404 Erron while checking cache

Hello Friends

I am facing problem since last 25 days with one of my website. When I check cache or that site it show me 404 error. I changed meta tags 10 days ago but it still show same title in Google. 25 days are too long, is there any solution to cache my website.

try to search on archive.org, some time its possible that when Google bot come to your server to crawl your website, your website is down or blocked by robots.txt.

There are some of the points that you have to taken into consideration, they are as follows:

  1. If this is the 1st time your webpage is going to cache, may be it still not cached by Google bots.
  2. Regarding meta tags and title, if you have changed your title, after your page is cached, then there is a possible chance that Google will show you the previous title, as it is has in his database, and now a days Google is smart enough to decide for your title and meta tags, as per the content you provided.
  3. To make your website cache, the best way to share it on Social Media sites, because they have a good crawling rate.

@JamesScruggs1;

I’m not sure I understand your problem.

An HTTP 404 error is “Not Found”
So your caching is foobar? i.e. they are either not getting cached or they are getting cached but not the path you think they are?
And what does any of that have to do with meta tags?
