301 Redirects from Old Domain to New Domain Giving 500 Internal Errors [Help Needed]

I’m trying to add 577 301 redirects from my old domain to the new domain via my .htaccess and I’m getting 500 internal server errors. I’ve spent a few hours on this project and can’t seem to find a solution. Any help from the community here would be very much appreciated.
