Will you send me a DVD or CD when I order a video?
No, our videos are accessible online only.
What form are the videos in?
The videos are available in two formats: the Flash movie versions can be viewed online at your convenience using your browser and Flash player 8 or later, while the AVI file versions can be downloaded to your desktop and played using your media player of choice (you may also need to install the free DivX decoder software).
Can I download and save the videos?
Yes! By popular demand, we have made all our videos available in downloadable AVI format. These files are not crippled or restricted in any way, so you can copy them to your laptop and take them on the road, or even convert them for viewing on a portable media player.
Where can I find the code archive?
Not all of our videos include code archives. For those that do, instructions to download the code archive are emailed to you once you've made your purchase.
