Setting up a scheduled task
I'm trying to set up a scheduled task but it's not working. As a test I've got it happening every 30 seconds from 1:00 to 1:30, but nothing is coming into my email box (simple cfmail as a test that it's working).
If i've got a login script on the page, will that keep it from working? The scheduled task form has two fields for username and password but do I need to use specific names for the two fields on the actual login form? |

If you try and run the script from a browser what happens? In effect that's what the scheduled task is doing so if there has be some form of interaction on the page that might be your problem.
Anything coming up in the admin logs about what the problem is? |

okay, contacted the manufacturer (new atlanta) and basically what I had to do was instead of just checking for the FORM submission, also include checking for URL variables. And then for the scheduled task i include the login info in the url.
