Dynamically Create Accessible PDFs

Hi,

We are creating PDFs using data from a datasource. The challenge we are faced with is the PDFs have to be accessible (section 508). We are currently using Jasper Reports to accomplish this, but the process is fairly labor intensive.

Does anyone have experience with this who could recommend a better way? It would be nice if there was a tool that converted HTML to accessible PDFs. So far, I can't find any solution that creates an accessible PDF.
