Since tax season will soon be closing in I was wondering how the ad firms such as Tribal Fusion, Casale, Fastclick, Interclick and google handle tax reporting.

Do they send income reports to my email address, mailbox or what? Or should I request them?

Most send you a W9 form with total amounts paid to you over the past year.

If you're in the US you should get 1099's from all of your networks that you've received money from for 2005. These will be sent to your physical mailing address (even if you get your money wired or PayPal'ed). I've only gotten one from Burst! Media thus far, but I believe they're supposed to send them out by law by the end of January.
