Where to get brochures, postcards, etc. printed?

I've almost completed designing a full-color postcard that I'm going to send out to people that have requested a free brochure in the past. These people received a brochure but I don't want to spend $.37 to remind them that I'm still here.

I've taken a look at several websites and found http://www.hiresstudios.com/ that is offering 5,000 full-color postcards for $200. I was wondering if anyone else has used these people or have any other recommendations.

I'm also looking for a good (and cheap) company to print full-color brochures and posters.

Thanks for all your help,
Ryan

That's a spectacular price for 5,000! I'd look for customers, like you are doing, just letting you know that that is phenomenal

Agreed; a nickel a piece for full-color and both sides.

They require credit on the finished pieces for everything but business cards(or you can pay extra to remove it.) I'm assuming they make their money from graphic design business generated from from that.

I haven't used hiresstudios.com - their prices look too good to be true!

I have used
Vistaprint
Modern Postcard

For my purposes, Modern Postcard fit the bill for easy online use/ordering, pricing, quality of postcards and quick turnaround.

Read the small print:

Quote:
Removal "ID LINE" - ($25.00)
The HI-RES "ID LINE" is one of the reasons we are able to offer such low pricing because it's the main way we promote our company. If you prefer to remove it for aesthetic reasons, a $25.00 surcharge will be applied to your order total.
PS Print is also a good printer.

The printer getting credit on the finished pieces is not that unusual; look closely at the next short-run printed materials you run into. I think it's definitely worth the price break.

Hi, we do allot of flyer/postcard printing for our
business. we use this company:

http://www.liquiddreamsdesign.com
5000 postcards full color/both sides for $298

They are great. But I don't know how it works if
you are out of state. I guess they can ship them
to you. Worth a shot!

Your from NYC? You can save a bundle buying
just over the bridge here in Brooklyn.

Do they ship - I don't know, call them up.
I just pick it up since it is so close.
