After dealing with a couple other hosting companies, I have yet again decided to switch. I want this to be the last hosting company I go with.

This is what I have:

About 400 MB of files
PHP/MySQL site design
Unix based

This is what I need:

Great Uptime
~500 MB web space
~15+ GB data transfer per month. More is a big plus
Support. If the site goes down, I want to know when it will be back up.
PHP MyAdmin
~25 Email addresses
Good speed.
Low price (under $15 month), I can pay quarterly or yearly
If a patch is needed on the server, do it. Don't want another SQL Slammer bug hitting a site that could have been avoided!

Don't need, but a big plus:

Agreed. Running linux makes this less of a concern, but we update nightly and check for security issues frequently.
