Looking for script like one supporting Harvard University menu

Hi Folks,

Harvard University (http://www.harvard.edu/ ) main page has a menu that uses a JavaScript that keeps the button/image down indicating the current page.

Since I don't know the correct terms to use, I don't know how to search for a comparable script on HotScripts or Google.

I would like to find such a script with explanation on how to use since I am not a programmer. I have found that scripts on HotScripts or other similar sites usually have instructions so that installation and trouble shooting are pretty straightforward.
