Advice/Recommendation on Shopping Cart for Clothing for Australian based Client

I am currently designing a website for a client, however I am having trouble with the shopping cart section of it.

I need a shopping cart that is able to plug into an existing php/html based website so that it only exists in a single area rather than being a total CMS like Oscommerce. Since this is also for a clothing site there would need to be a size and possibly color selection. Preferabily a PHP based solution.

I am looking for something along the lines of this website called Metal Mulisha (seems to be down at time of posting so I cant direct link you to the shopping cart).

My client is located in Australia and expects to have pretty low volume transctions for a while so perhaps something using Paymate rather than a full on processor like eWay is worth doing?

Is there an existing solution that can do something like this? or should I be looking at getting something custom designed? Should they just bite the bullet and use eWay or is there a cheaper solution since this is low volume?
