Paul died in the plane crash up north queensland a couple of weeks ago, and l keep running into people online that knew him. Small world even by www standards or maybe we just all hang at the same sites.

Just a word of thanks to the management and staff of QANTAS who have posted out a Captains hat for Paul. It's what his life was geared to achieving, and it was a particularly warmly received token. We will of course respect the aviation equiv of the baggy green. Thanks QANTAS, nice to see in this era of corporate greed that the big aussie carrier still retains a human face.
