Need to get multi colour logo embroidered...

Hi All

I would like to get the logo I have on www.themouthpiece.com embroidered but have come across an issue that i am hoping someone here might be able to help me with.

I have the logo in PSD format and thus is thousands of actual colours. I want to get this embroidered onto several garment types, but to do this I need to have the logo converted into only 8 colours maximum but still looking of good quality.

How would I go about doing this please...? would anyone here be able to do this for me?
