Greetings!

OK, i'll give it a go.

My name is Adrian, but all the people I like get to call me Ady. I'm 20 years old, and work as a web designer and general techie type bloke in the Business Department of the University of Hull in the UK. I'm working here till August, then jetting off to another university (which happens to be next door to this one) to complete a degree in Internet Technoloies which I'd started a couple of years ago. I left cos I decided living in a big city wasn't for me and I missed my mum's home cooking.

Aside from that, I operate a web design and IT consultancy for small businesses in the Hull area which i'm trying to get off the ground. I also dabble in staff training once in a while and joint-run a series of events aimed at college staff teaching them how to design websites using Dreamweaver and Fireworks, design theory and HTML coding for a government agency in the UK that changes it's name every 5 minutes.

When i'm not working (yes, believe it or not I do have time for a social life after all that) I love to travel and spend most of my weekends away. I've got friends in various cities oop north so spend tend to hop a train to Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester (Poptastic, greatest club on the planet), Newcastle etc on a Saturday afternoon and go out that night. I love 'clubbing' and spend most of the night on the dancefloor. That's earned me the nickname 'Disco Bunny' among my friends which I don't mind too much considering the sheer amount of bad dance routines I happen to know.

I also love (in no particular order) pop music, science fiction, shopping and food. My favourite food is onion and sweetcorn pizzas, closely followed by cheese and coleslaw sandwiches, oh and I drink far too much coffee. My favourite band in the world used to be Steps, but they've gone really downhill lately and i've found myself listening to more alternative stuff like Mansun, Placebo and Garbage.

At work i'm considered to be really grown up and professional but I'm very immature when it comes to non-work stuff. I love watching cartoons and still get the urge to play with the toys on display in Toys R Us. I've found myself getting very into Digimon lately and have decided it's far better than Pokemon because the monsters can talk. One of my real passions is the action cartoons of the mid to late 80s. Stuff like Transformers, Ulysses 31, Thundercats, He-Man etc. One day i'll build a website to such shows

Oh and my favourite colour is green
