I understand, and believe me I feel the same about that, because I know that once it happens to you you're sending email to a wall. What to do when your emails don't get answered? Nothing. And then if you try to register again, you'll either be denied at first or accepted but banned just before your first payment when they'll check your account.
But that part put aside, the fact that they do their own algorythm and stuff behind the scenes is just a fact of life. You simply accept it and you know how I started to not be bothered by one or two clicks missing? I simply stopped looking into my adsense account every other hour! That way I would only see earnings from yesterday and not take into account current/live earnings.
And now I have an even better solution it's that there are so many clicks each day and hour that it is impossible to keep track of them. But for that you need to generate a lot of traffic to your web properties, I understand it's not easy at first.
But your first step should be to stop looking (or at least bothering about) at today's earnings and only look at yesterday's earnings, they don't change.
