yes it does, and no it didn't.
Your pagerank didn't go up today, but the toolbar visualisation of an approximation of your pagerank appeared today.

actually I checked iwebtool that day, my pr was 4, then it changed again to 0 the next day ????

I am not talking about PR - I know that nowadays PR doesnt matter but I still want to exchange links with ESTABLISHED websites...

I know that sites with good content, lots of pages can rank better then sites with some content and 1000's links

I have done my homework - now I want to find places where I can exchange links (link requests)

kinda find it hard to believe (very very very hard) that you want this link removed from the list and yet you are giving this link EXPOSURE by bumping it up. If you had any sense you would contact a moderator and have this removed without the hassle.

I personally think its a great list, good job
