HostRocket. Why is it so good?

While comparing prices and hosting plans between multiple hosts, I get the impression that HostRocket is very generous with it's space, bandwide and all other functions. In the whole list of hosting plans, I didn't see one 'no' behind a function. How do they do this? Are they just VERY friendly?

To avoid creating another thread, I ask this question here: Which hosts are comparable with HostRocket?

What makes them so good in my opinion is they have very friendly support who go that little bit further to help you than most hosts would. I must say when i first joined them i made them work for there money and they still asked if there was any other scripts etc etc i wanted fixing or setting up.

The prices are good and match that of my other host http://www.tera-byte.com . Except tera-byte give you more bandwidth. Id recommend tera-byte also.

Thanks! I checked Terra-byte and they seem to be just as good as RocketHost

I think that HostRocket is one of the most misspelled hostnames
