Level of Difficulty to Grab This Code

    Hi -

I have a web site that I'm building using WordPeress and am looking for a Solar Estimate Tool.

How difficult would it be to grab the code from this website using their Solar Estimate Tool and use it on my site?

    http://www.solar-estimate.org/?page=solar-calculator

Or would I be better off and save me the time to just build a similar one myself?

I think the OP wants to copy (rip off) the tool which gives you your solar esitmate.

You wouldn't be able to get the code as the calculations are done by PHP which executes on the server side.
If it had ben done with Javascript you might have had a chance but it would still be a question of ethics as to whether you should use it or write your own.

Maybe you could ask the site owner if they would give you the code or allow you to submit your form to their PHP script in return for the appropriate accreditation.
