    Seamless plugin/app?

Anyone know a good app to create seamless tiles from images? I would like something that allows you to save the actual title (ready to be used in HTML) rather than just filling the image with the seamless tile.

There is a really good program I once used that has some sliders, you use them until the image is seamless, allows you more control. Be nice if it was freeware too

If you have Photooshop, you can use the offset filter(enter half of the image's height in the height box, half of the width in the width box, at wrap-around) and blend the edges with the rubber stamp.

These simple filters are handy dandy -- and free to boot. The "quick tile" produces okay results, but the half wrap, left-right wrap, and top-bottom wrap turn out better results as long as you are willing to apply a little elbow grease. Diamonds is great for making diagonal striped / plaid backgrounds (which is a heck alot harder than it sounds without the simple filter!) They work in PSP and PS.

Look pretty cool, thanks. With a combo of these apps and plugins listed in this thread some pretty cool results can be had
