Wireframes in PhotoShop

Hi, i've seen a couple of threads relating to wireframes in 3D programs, but apparently, you can create a wireframe effect in PhotoShop.
Does anyone know how ????

I assume by simply drawing it. That's how I have done it in the past by using the Line Tool.

wireframes-Photoshop I guess possible on some level, but essentially a waste of time. Go to a 3d Prog and do it right.
