    Why Links are automatically deleted??

We often experience that a majority of created links are deleted automatically. Even the numbers goes sometimes in thousands which lowers rankings of our websites? Is there something we can prevent such actions with?

I'm afraid your question doesn't make much sense. What links are you referring to? Deleted from where?

If you could clarify you question, we will do our best to help.

That more often than not means that you're either spamming or you're submitting to low quality sites that aren't hanging around.

Any links that you 'create' on other sites are always risky, because the chances are that – even if they don't get deleted – they are going to be discounted by Google as clear self-promotion, which it doesn't rate as remotely important. If you're relying on these kind of links to get your site ranking well in Google then you are going to be in trouble because you are too much at the mercy of (a) those websites not deleting your links, and (b) Google not realising that those links are worthless.

Preventive actions are just simple, do not submit your links anywhere on internet. Analyze the quality, condition and most importantly relevancy of the site with your site.
People will not expect a software company to be found on a cookery lessons website (unless the website itself was developed by some software company and it has earned a link on cookery website).
Focus on the user experience, as it will help you a lot in gaining trust and reputation. A less trusted website have very thin chances of getting indexed as compared to the one quite popular and moreover, Reputed.
