    Quick question

Take a look at a page i'm making (http://members.lycos.nl/amstelonline/test.html ) . You'll see a horizontal scrollbar, i've checked with IE 5.5, Mozilla, Opera and Netscape and they don't have it, so how could i get rid of it? (u can find my code in the source file)

Try coding your page for 5 pixels less than what the screen size. In my case, I coded for 795x600.

I didn't get a h-scrollbar either, but Lycos's ad did stretch outside of my browser window (like no h-scrollbar, either, witch surprised me)--that may be causing some of the problem in other browsers?

You could also switch to flexible layouts instead of carved-in-stone 795px width. A lot of people may not browse full-screen, or may be browsing at a greater resolution & might not want all that negative space around the content.

sorry that the link didn't work, i guess that's waht you get when u get a free host, it should be working now and im still getting a scrollbar in IE 6.0.
    I've taken a pic, take a look: http://members.lycos.nl/amstelonline/scroll.jpg

I haven't asigned(?) a width to my main div's and i already use a flexible layout (the centercontent).
