I tried them out, i didnt like them, you couldnt choose the ads you want to show, it basically sucks.

From what I have heard they are NOT one od the most creditable ad networks, if you know what I say. I have heard they won't pay as promised etc.
I am a member of it for some of my sites however I have never had to use their banners

Some minuses:
a) they are somewhat hard to get into. For some of my sites I gotten into their lead network ( not CPM )
b) you will need to specify all pages you are using it on
and
c) not sure about payment

Stay far FAR away from safe audit!

If they decide that they don't like your statistics, they will change the number of impressions. If they decide that the banner doesn't match your site they won't pay you even if the click/lead/sale statistics are good!

I used them for a while and after getting about 30 people to register with one of their advertisers at $1 each they said they wouldn't pay me because the advertiser didn't match my site. It didn't matter that I was being paid for action by the user and not on a CPM basis.

Safe Audit used to offer $5 CPM ads, This month they dont even have any CPC ads! It seems Ad agencies are going down one after another.
