VBulletin Lite Installation !

Can anyone who has ever installed Vbulletin please explain the stuff in the config.php3 file and what I have to edit ?

What are the free hosts that have PHP and MYSql ?

I've only ever installed the full version, but I'm pretty sure config.php is similar.
You need to set:
Database Name
Table Name
Database Username
Database Password
Your host should be able to tell you all of these.
Also I believe there are comments in config.php to tell you what to set and where.
