    Talking cgi+php+mysql....in one??

    Hello,
    is there any application to get all in one?? i mean i m installing my sarver, so is there any open source program with which these all can be installed and configured together??

    ok, so you want to set up a production server ? , I thought you meant for testing sorry.

    so can you confirm if you want to setup a production server ? if so on windows or *nix ?
    I could not recommend that you would use windows for serving anything , others will disagree.

    For testing on win32 PWS will work though IIS is a better option , though unless you want to use ASP or .NET I would not bother, i.e. if you only want to do PHP/PERL/Python etc then apache would probably be the better option.

    well i meant for production cause also for testing.
    i need to test in the win98, which is my pc.mainly i'll use PHP. what do u suggest??

    also i need to configure a production server, which is in w2k and running. i just wanna add mysql and php in it. so is there any way to add it by one setup or do i need to do it seperatly i m just gussing.
