Great layout. Looks very clean and crisp.
Can't give you any speed ideas since I'm on t-3 connection right now.
I also like the scrolling text. Very quick and clean looking as well. NICE FLOW!

Looks very good, connects extremely fast. How much did you charge for this site? It's extremely basic. I mean it's really effective, however, with it being some extremely basic, I was kind of curious as to how much you were able to scam off of this company.
I know that something like that, my company would personally make virtually nothing off of, except for the webmastering fee, but that would be so minimal that it wouldn't even really be anything more than a week's gas money.
But...good graphics good use of text. I would try and bring some more attention to the pricing structure once you have that setup. I would also make the taxi link directly to the index. I hovered and didn't get anything for it, so I am assuming it doesn't. I know that a lot of people like to go back to the mainpage for some strange reason if they are unsure about a service.
Also, if you are interested, at my company, Net Foundry Web Technologies, we specialize in internet promotions. If you're interested, we may be able to work out some sort of deal. Contact me if you're interested. Check my profile.

Very clean and professional. Loads fast on a 46000 connection. Colors go well together.
The left sidebar menu onMouseover links load a little slow.... might try preloading them.
