    CC licence changed?

I used this picture for my site (http://www.fotopedia.com/items/flickr-2390520713), but I was looking at it again and when I clicked the link which take it to flickr it says all rights reserved. Is still showing creative commons attribution licence on fotopedia though... Do I have to take the photo off my site?

Copyright protection is automatic for the author/creator of the work, hence the reason for the "all rights reserved" notice.

The photo is using this license: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/

Which means, as long as you give the owner of the photograph credit, you can use it however you choose. Usually this is in the form of "photograph by [name]". A link back to their website or photo sharing account is also good.

Well the thing I'm worried about is that fotopedia said they took the photo from flickr, so my guess was that the owner changed the licence, though to be honest I didnt know it was possible to change after you made an image creative commons, I mean I wouldnt have even known that the licence had changed if I hadnt gone to the flickr page to favourite the pic.

Another question, when the original owner doesn't specify that they want a link or something is it ok to just put their name under the pic? I dont really want to put links to flickr on all my cc images..

I had assumed the source page was the one you linked to.

The flickr album/image doesn't have a CC license listed, so you will probably have to attempt to contact the photo's owner directly to ask for permission to use it.

[edit] In fact, in his flickr profile, it directs to to do just that: http://www.flickr.com/people/rene_ehrhardt/
