    WAI priorities

I was surfing the WAI site the other day and found tables listing requirements for each of the priorities but I can't find it now. Does anyone know the page I mean?

Is it just me or is the W3C site just awful to navigate and read? I find it really hard to concentrate reading on that site and can never find what I'm looking for.

Is it the checklists that you are after? They are pretty useful!

You are welcome! I know what you mean about the W3C site. I have been using it for a long time so I know where msot things are, but they can be hard to find.

yeah...not a shining example of information architecture...that's for sure. or design sense, for that matter.

I think they have gotten better though, although they could make it by far easier to navigate though all there info, A few live examples wouldn't go amiss from them either

All very well, but let's just remember the W3C generally aren't a bunch of wacky crazy web designers. They're the academia of the web - that really odd, slightly odorous, but obviously really intelligent bloke you knew at school? He's probably part of the W3C by now!

I rarely - if ever - visit the W3C site. What I glean, I do so from others who dare enter. Of course it doesn't excuse the mess that is their site, but I'm willing to forgive them. After all, they are proposing href tags on any element!

I am actually thinking of applying to one of the W3C working groups. I know quite a few people who are involved.

Well Nicky I'm pretty sure you don't fit zopester's description well, but good luck in your application!

I too feel somewhat disappointed with the W3's design skills. Granted the information is readable, etc. but some of their pages are just plain ugly. If they want more developers to use standards they should have a place to show off what standards can do, like Netscape's devedge, which is currently a standards-based showcase of cool things you can do.
